For sale is a Gucci, rare, 1960’s mod, AMAZING, glossy black crocodile leather, envelope top, accordion bottom, structured, Kelly style purse with a fabulous gold Gucci link clasp & gold hardware! This gorgeous, unusual, mod purse by Gucci is from the past with an edgy, modern style that is perfect for today! An identical purse was sold by Sotheby’s for $27K!

This is a fabulous, vintage, glossy black crocodile leather GUCCI shoulder bag in a very 1960’s mod, shoulder or handheld Kelly style! The structured, boxy purse is constructed of glossy black crocodile leather with an envelope style top flap and expandable, accordion bottom. It has an envelope style top flap with a gold tone, Gucci link closures at the center. It has the iconic Gucci figure 8 style link as the clasp which is so special – year ago, I saw an identical style purse once at an auction in NYC in brown that sold for over $25K and it had some noticeable damage! There is very little wear to the purse on the exterior or interior- it is such a great find! Don’t miss out!

The interior is leather and has multiple compartments and pockets to keep you organized.  The purse has the Gucci logo on the hardware and embossed in gold on the back- see pictures. It is a unique mid 20th century style that is still as stylish today as it was years ago! The workmanship that went into the creation of this bag is amazing!
